Meet Jessica Ledingham
Jessica Ledingham is a highly experienced litigation attorney with an emphasis in corporate litigation and tax litigation. She is passionate about providing her clients with non-threatening and personalized tax and corporate representation. She founded Ledingham Law with the mission to make legal services, especially tax services, more accessible for everyone.
Meet Janice Feldman
Janice Feldman is an accomplished tax litigator and advisor who brings her extensive experience working at both the IRS and DOJ to Ledingham Law. She shares the firm’s dedication to advocating for clients and is committed to finding solutions for their current tax issues and preventing future legal conflicts.
Ms. Feldman’s impressive track record includes leading over 2,000 tax cases during her tenure as a trial attorney at the Department of Justice, Tax Division, from 1989 to 2003. Following that, she worked at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, holding various positions until her appointment as Division Counsel/Associate Chief Counsel for the National Taxpayer Advocate component in 2014.
After retiring from government service in 2019, Ms. Feldman spent two years as a volunteer attorney for the Harvard University School of Law, Federal Tax Clinic. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and US Tax Court, having earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1988, and her Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1985.
